We endeavour to ship all online orders received before 3pm on the same day (Monday to Friday), subject to items being in stock. Weekend orders will be processed on the next working day. Orders are shipped with An Post; please allow 1-3 working days for delivery within Ireland. If you have not received your order by this time please contact us.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping we will replace it subject to our returns policy.
All guarantee issues will be handled by Rory’s only and not the original manufacturer.
The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping goods to us under the guarantee.
The guarantee is in place to cover any problems with the equipment that arise through normal use. It will not cover any problems that are caused by improper maintenance or repairs not made by Rory’s, unauthorized modifications, or as a result of removal, improper use, abnormal operation by the buyer, or any other misuse or mistreatment of goods.
There is free shipping on all orders within Ireland over €85.00 Shipping charges will be added at checkout. We use a fixed price of €6.50 for shipping within Ireland and will always deliver the best possible price relating to postage fees.
In the event that a customer orders lightweight products e.g. flies, tide table, tapered leaders, small spool of nylon, etc. a refund will be made.
For overseas customers, if the shipping cost exceeds our fixed price, we will contact you before we proceed and inform you of the new delivery cost.
On parcels and large packages/envelopes, the customer’s telephone number will be included with their address to help the delivery person. Should the customer prefer that their telephone number be omitted, please state this when placing your order.
