It is a fantastic Salmon/Grilse and Sea Trout fly that must be in everyone’s fly box. This fly was named after one of the great pools on the upper river Dee beats. The fly is fished normally in the summer months. This is tied on a Nordic Double hook which gives the pattern great stability in the water and obviously great hook strength to land whatever the river holds for us.
