Similar to a standard pulley rig but with 2 hooks, for presenting a
bait with 2 hooks in it.  Suitable for for fishing big baits such as
squid, sandeel, large worm baits or crab.  Larger hook size ideally suited for targeting
larger fish such as bass, cod, ray, smoothound, etc.
